NEW!  HR Advance is delighted to announce the launch of our powerful new employee rosters tool.

You can now create your employee rosters and timesheets, communicate them and export the data to payroll with our fully-integrated Rosters module. Manage your staff's shift requests and staff availability with ease.

HR Advance Rosters allows you to:

  • Import employee data from XERO & MYOB: you can import employees directly into the rosters module, or in turn give access to employees already set up in HR Advance. 
  • Create Rosters: Create rosters for these employees.
  • Communicate Rosters: Once the rosters has been created they can be communicated via email, sms or the HR Advance Employee Portal.
  • Create Timesheets: Employees can fill out their timesheets via the employee portal
  • Export to XERO and MYOB: Once employees have filled out their timesheets, the rosters tool allows you to approve them and export to Xero or MYOB for payroll processing. 
  • Access 10 pre-defined industry awards: to make your rostering experience even easier, there are 10 pre-defined awards set in the system to make sure you are always paying at the correct rate.

NEW!  Step up your Performance Management with HR Advance

It’s that time of the year when performance reviews are just around the corner. Now you can streamline your performance reviews with HR Advance’s brand new Performance Module.

This module enables you to conduct performance reviews between Managers and Employees.
 
You can create key performance indicators (KPIs), write KPI questions and then review these for Employees. Employees are able to review their KPIs and give feedback on their own performance.
 
It’s simple to use and ensures all your performance management data are kept securely in the cloud with HR Advance.

You asked, we listened! 

HR Advance now features a Training and Licences Register where you can record employee training, licenses, qualifications and certifications. This facility also allows you to upload related documents for each one.

We've added some enhancements to our already robust documentation tools. These include:

  • Customised document headers and footers – upload your own headers and footers and ensure you always have branded documents ready to go 
  • Plain English Documents – select from five easy to understand documents, including a Code of Conduct and Email, Internet, Computer System Policy
  • Document Alerts, so you'll always know when your documents need reviewing or updating.

New feature: policy and induction

Streamlining your policy and induction processes is now even easier with HR Advance.

Upload, distribute and gain acceptance for your key company policies. It's simple to stay legally compliant using our new feature.

Your can now allow employees to have access to their own portion of HR Advance - allowing them to confirm their acceptance of policies. This feature also allows for a smooth induction process - you can create an induction pack for them to access via their portal.
